On The Legal Question And Countermeasures Of Administrative Enforcement Of Law Of China's Eco-tourism

Eco-tourism as an approach that stresses harmony between man and environment, the active forms of tourism in recent years, rapid development in China.However, due to the lack of scientific management experience and understanding of the lack of eco-tourism in generating a certain degree of social and economic benefits at the same time also produced a series of adverse consequences, natural resources and serious violations of human living environment.Bound to use legal means to protect the eco-tourism, law and institutions to guide the development of eco-tourism in the correct direction, to protect the sustainable development of tourism objective is to achieve sustainable development of eco-tourism in the inevitable choice.However,"a law can not on their own,"so,eco-tourism administrative law enforcement is to achieve legal protection for the key to eco-tourism and eco-tourism norms of administrative law enforcement and security for the guidance of China's eco-tourism in the correct and healthy development of a very critical role.China's eco-tourism in administrative law enforcement exist as a legal issue is the current eco-tourism development in the emergence of various environmental and social issues important reasons.Therefore, in order to achieve eco-tourism development goals, we must regulate to protect the eco-tourism administrative law enforcement.Aiming at China's eco-tourism in administrative enforcement of legal issues, namely:(1) The law-the legal system of eco-tourism imperfect;(2) Enforcement of the main Eco-tourism management system is not smooth;(3)The law enforcement and supervision-the legal supervision of eco-tourism is not perfect;(4) law enforcement environment-eco-tourism community participation is not active.From China's reality, through the use of comparative research methods, drawing on extra-territorial basis of the experience, combined with China's actual proposed targeted responses:(1)improve the eco-tourism in the legal system;(2)smooth and eco-tourism management system;(3)improve the legal supervision of eco-tourism;(4) improving eco-tourism community participation.The article try to eco-tourism administrative law enforcement legal issues arising in their responses to explore, with a view to achieving our country's eco-tourism in the intended purpose of administrative law enforcement, so as to realize the protection of the law of eco-tourism can benefit from.
