Women's law is the law that confirm women legal status, and protect women's legal rights. Under the feudal law system, women's legal status was low, women's rights lack of legal protection. Under the guidance of Sun yat-sen's the Three People's principles and the"equality"legal principles, the Nanjing National Government given Chinese's women equal rights with men in political participation, property and inheritance, freedom of marriage, education, labor protection, and protected women's special interests, these greatly improved the legal status of women.The Shenpao spread women's law information to the audience,guide women to maintain their own legitimate rights and interests, feedback women's law attitude to the legislation and judicial organs through the legal news reports, law consulting, published commercial advertisement, declaration, and some other ways. First, popular women's legal knowledge, improved women's legal knowledge level; Secondly, educated the women in legal, improved women's ability to maintain the legitimate rights and interests; again, the Shenpao feedback women's attitudes on legal informations made the National Government legal department make corresponding adjustment and improve women's law, which is more conducive to the legal protection of women's rights and interests. The transmission of Shenpao for the women's law has timeliness, universality, interactivity etc, can quickly spread the legal information to lots of audience.It played an important role in the socialization process of women's law. Research on the women's laws's transmission of the Shenpao, draw the experiences and lessons, can help newspapers play roles better on the today's legal construction better.
