Discussing The Relationship Between The Party And Masses In Land Reform And Consolidation Party Movement During The War Of Liberation

In 1947-1949, Agrarian Reform and Consolidation Party is the reforming movement of the grass-roots organizations and cadres of the Party leading by the CPC during the War of Liberation. Nearly two years, it criticized wrong ideologies not only they were"Left"but also"Right", overcame impure problems of the party grass-roots organizations, ensured the completion successful of land reform and provided an important guarantee for a complete victory of the Liberation War. And dealing with the relations of the masses can play an important role on the consolidation of our party. Fundamentally, our history is also the history of the relations between the party and the masses. What the relation of between party and masses is related to the survival of the party. During the Land Reform and Consolidation Party Movement, the close relationship between party members and the masses played an important effect for achieving the final victory of the liberation war. However, the whole party in this period, the relations between the party and the masses had emerged twists and turns. It affected the relationship between the party and the masses are as close as fish to water. The relationship can be divided into three stages of view: firstly, the party was not pure and didn't improve, bureaucracy still prevailed, the party and the rich class kept intimate, and ignored the poor peasants, so the relationship between the party and the masses was very tense; secondly, due to raise the status of the masses, the"left"error due to impact the position of the party's grassroots leaders, so as to exclude the members of party, in the result of abnormal relationship; thirdly, the rightist ideology rised in the whole party, the relationship appeared some problems, but though the timely adjustment of the party's policies and the promotion of peaceful Pingshan's experience, the relationship got closer and closer, which was to eliminate the negative impact of the end.Agrarian Reform and Consolidation Party Movement effectively cleaned up the party membership and the work style. It made great progress, promoted the smooth progress of land reform and accelerated the pace of China's revolutionary war. At the same time, it tested the ties between the party and the masses, proved good relationship that can be beneficial to the construction of China's revolutionary. Now days, the CPC in power is in an extremely complicated international and domestic environment, so it demands to keep the flesh-and blood ties between the Party and people as to maintain harmony. Once that is done, it can keep the progressiveness, purity, solidarity and unity of party and consolidate the administration ability of the CPC, then complete the great historic task for the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
