Improvement Of Security System Of Victims' Property Rigths In Criminal Proceedings

Victim's right Protection is an important aspect of the assurance of human rights in the criminal proceedings, it is also the manifest of the science and fair value of the criminal prosecution. In the criminal prosecution, economic compensations of the victim loss make up primary coverages of the safeguards of victim rights and interests.
