Research On Innovation Of Party Building Mechanism For College Students

Party construction of university and college students is an important component part of party building as a whole. Universities and colleges are the key bases for cultivating builders and successors of socialist modernization, and the party building work is directly related to the fate of socialist cause. Our party pay consistent emphasis to party building work of university and colleges students. Constant increases are seen in the number and quality of university party members. It gives full play to party members'vanguard nature and party branches'fortress, with more and more excellent university and colleges students marching from campus to society, being models in all walks of life and the mainstay in the socialist construction. University party building possesses its own characteristics and is faced with new challenges and problems. The existing party building mechanism, including the system and mode, can' t fit in the contemporary situation.This thesis, focusing on the mechanism initiation of university party building and employing the methods of investigation and document study, amplified four aspects. First, this thesis analyzes the challenges brought about by macroscopic environment at home and abroad, reformation of high education mechanism and rapidly developing information technology, and the new problems like the absence of long-term mechanism of university party member education and the lack of pragmaticality in the regular activities of an organization.Second, the thesis analyses the significance of initiation in the university party building mechanism, which can cope more effectively with the changes of domestic and international situation, better manages university party member education, guarantee the building of party branch, enhance university party members'ethical standards, promote their all-around integrity and facilitate the sound development of league member organization. The novel initiation principles of party building is proposed, combining quality improvement and education methods reform, theoretical education and field practice, education and self education, ideology question solution and practical problem solution, succession and initiation.Third, in view of the situation and problem that the present university party building is encountered and the characteristics of university students, this thesis formulates 3 main aspects of university students party building mechanism:party building work system which consists of consummating the regular and effective theory studying system, 3-grade training system and public supervision system; 5 party building work mode which is composed by party member monitorial system, party-member-centered team in course, red website, social practice and serving on temporary post and party building apartment; individual appraisal of university student party members and appraisal system of party branch in colleges and universities.In the end, the article proposes the conditions for carrying out the party building work, including 6 aspects which are setting up organization web, building cooperation platform, strengthening the university party member ranks, establishing assessment and incentive mechanism, giving play to leading role of students party member and offering material guarantee. With the conditions, the conceptualized party building mechanism can be carried out and party building in colleges and universities can be progressed further.
