To run the Party according to the rules and regulations means that the Communist Party of China governs and builds the Party according to the rules and regulations.This is a new concept in the construction of the Party in recent years,which is closely related to the construction of the Party’s legal system and the overall rule of law.As the ruling Party,the Communist Party,starting from its own standard construction,has formed a new understanding through scientific and rational thinking under the current ruling environment.It is a new idea based on four aspects,focusing on improving the level of leadership,improving the inner-Party operation mechanism,optimizing the Party’s governing concept and innovating the Party’s governing mode.In the new era of rule-based governance of the party,the difficulties and challenges faced by the construction of the party are the education of the party spirit of the party members.Party members’ Party spirit is relatively high,so that their purity cannot be affected.After the Party members’ purity becomes a common phenomenon of the whole Party,they can be embodied as the advanced nature of the Communist Party.Our Party has always attached great importance to the education of the Party spirit of Party members.The course of the Party’s struggle in the past hundred years has shown that only relying on the Party spirit of the Party members’ tenacity and unyielding can our Party keep its youth and vitality and forge ahead.The Party spirit of a Party member is not innate,but needs to be cultivated day after day,learned through theoretical edification given by the organization and practice honed by personal input.Student Party members are the vanguard model of student groups,and will be the mainstay of all walks of life in the future,as well as the fresh blood and reserve force of the Party.The university period provides a good opportunity for young student Party members to cultivate their theoretical literacy and political awareness.Using this stage can help student Party members to form a good Marxist scientific world outlook and methodology,and play a leading role as a model.This paper focuses on the Party spirit education of the special group of college student Party members.On the basis of the existing research results of Party spirit education,combined with the new era background of rule-by-law Party management,it emphasizes that the Party spirit education of student Party members should grasp the basic requirements of rule of law and rule-by-law Party management,and forge the student Party members into the steel that abides by the moral bottom line and is not induced by interests Iron warrior.The innovation of this paper lies in putting the education of party spirit under the background members,also defines the research content and research methods of the full text,and puts forward the corresponding innovation points.In the second part,the related concepts of managing the Party according to regulations and Party spirit education are sorted out in concept,which lays the theoretical basis for the full text of the study.By clarifying the significance of Party spirit education,the principles and contents of Party spirit education of student Party members in the new era and new situation are analyzed.The third part,using the form of questionnaire and individual interview,makes in-depth investigation and interview on the special group of student Party members in some colleges and universities in Nanjing.And through quantitative analysis,to understand and explore the current situation of their Party spirit education.The fourth part,through the data arrangement,the research found that there are problems in the process of Party spirit education of student Party members.Then through the way of quantitative analysis,from the university Party organization,individual student Party members,social families and other perspectives to explore the reasons behind the problem.The fifth part puts forward the improvement methods of the Party spirit education of college student Party members from the perspective of managing the Party in accordance with the rules,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of college position construction,student Party members’ own power,social and family forces,theoretical education and practical education.
