| A great cause was built in the beginning,and the mission led the journey.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation will eventually become a reality in the relay struggle of generations of young people.The times call for responsibility,national revitalization is the responsibility of youth,and college student party members are the backbone of the youth community.As a training base and distribution center for student party members,colleges and universities shoulder the historical mission of educating the party and the country.Party spirit education is a basic project to promote comprehensive and strict governance of the party,and is an inevitable requirement for the Communist Party to always be at the forefront of the times.In the battle against the new crown pneumonia,the young party members received party spirit education,inherited the spirit of the times,demonstrated their youthful strength,and handed out qualified answer sheets.In-depth research on the party spirit education of college student party members is conducive to the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing a virtuous person in colleges and universities,is conducive to the cultivation of qualified socialist builders and successors,and is conducive to promoting the growth of student party members.This paper comprehensively adopts literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case interview method to study the party spirit education of college student party members.First,at the academic level,starting with clarification of concepts and theoretical combing,based on the definition of party spirit,party spirit education and other related concepts,based on the ideas of party spirit education by classic Marxist writers and previous leaders of the Communist Party of China,combined with the "Constitution of the Communist Party of China" The content of party building and the significance of the education of party members of college students in party building.Secondly,at the practical level,through questionnaires and interviews to investigate the current situation of party spirit education among college student party members,it has been analyzed that party party education among college student party members has achieved some results,but there are also certain problems,that is,the internal education system of colleges and universities needs to be improved,and the main functions of social education need to be strengthened.Self-education of student party members needs to be deepened.On this basis,the main causes of the problem are analyzed,that is,the lack of demand for student party members in colleges and universities,the difficulty of multi-agent social education and the lack of internal drive for student party members to improve themselves.Finally,based on the analysis of the current situation of the party spirit education of college student party members,systematically constructing the party spirit education strategy of college student party members by improving college education as the key point,relying on social synergy as the supporting point,and focusing on self-education. |
