With the advancement of reform in Guangzhou and the accelerated process of rural urbanization and increasingly concentrated land-use, there exists a rise in requisition of land to support state and local construction. The amount for demand of rural land tends definitely to increase every year. Farmers, who originally cultivated their lands as the main financial support, now have turned to share dividend as the main source of income. Within the established pattern of profit distribution, rural women, specifically married women, whose distribution rights and interests have been deprived of, are in a dilemma of fighting against such a phenomenon occurring frequently in rural areas. So married women appealed to the higher authorities for help by repeating their petitions in an attempt to protect their rights and interests, which has attracted wide attention from all sides.The paper is designated to find the feasible solutions to rural married women of their rights and interests in Guangzhou City by collecting data concerned, holding forums to release the questionnaire survey and paying field visits to households. Results of researches proved to be fruitful in terms of current status of these married rural women and their awareness of their rights and interests and protective measures Guangzhou city has executed at present. Analysis of cause and harm done to the deprivation of Guangzhou married rural women has been conducted on a basis of data collected. An empirical study has been completed through five typically demonstrative cases to arrive at the actual factors restricting the solutions to Guangzhou married rural women and their rights and interests.Finally constructive strategies have been presented to guarantee married rural women of the rights of the countermeasures. First, attention to the problem of married women should be reenforced and awareness of law popularized. Second, village regulations under supervision should be established. Filing system is necessary as a support of source to protect the legitimate rights and interests of married woman. Third, modification of "Village Committee Organization Law" should be urgent so as to upbuild the accountability system as legal protection. Fourth, judicial relief efforts should be strengthened to offer reasonable and effective channels as guidance for married rural women to resolve their rights issues. Last, selecting and training of a group of young talents to the rural work to boost the overall quality of village leadership.
