Study On The Civil Rights Of Political Participation In The Internet Environment

The improving penetration of Internet has gradually formed the Internet society. The traditional civil rights of political participation have been further developed in the Internet environment. However, due to existing the characteristics of the Internet, the civil rights of political participation in the Internet environment showed their own, new features. It has become a leading subject of study. On the one hand, standard Internet laws and rules must be made to protect the rights of political participation of citizens. On the other hand, protecting the citizen's rights of political participation also can improve the Internet laws and rules. This is the main purpose of this paper.The civil rights of political participation in the Internet environment mean that the ordinary citizens participate in national politics on Internet and influence the process of political decision-making and government actions, to express their needs and protect the public interests or their own rights.The first part introduces the research background, topic significance, and the recent status at home and out. The second part, first, describes the meaning of Internet and how to form the Internet environment. The fourth Part of the article, for the above problems, gives the objectives and safeguard measures in the exercise of the laws and rules about the rights. The final section concludes these descriptions which based on the results, refining and strengthening the central point of this paper, and puts forward the further research on the topic.
