Study Of Legal System Of Supervision Of Endowment Insurance Fund In China

With the rapid development of China economy, People's living standards, especially the elderly's living standards have increased to a new level of standard,which makes the existing old-age insurance system reformed deeply to improve and enhance the entire society old-age security level.The improving of the origin of endowment insurance fund supervision is the key of the reform of the old-age insurance system.In this article,we study about old-age insurance supervisory problems to make reasonable suggestions for the improving and building of the legal system of the origin of endowment insurance fund.In the situation of market economy,there's profound significance to research the legal system of the origin of endowment insurance fund.First,it's favorable for the stability and development to make sure the implementation of the origin of endowment insurance fund system.Secondly,it's conducive to raising productivity to promote the development of production and economic.Thirdly,it's conducive to coping with the status quo of old age society.Fourth,it's favorable for preventing the devalued visk of the origin of endowment insurance fund.Finally, it's favorable for preventing the erosion of the origin of endowment insurance fund.In this article,we study the legal system of the origin of endowment insurance fund supervision mainly from four parts,which are to summarize the origin of endowment insurance fund supervision,to compare with the foreign legal system of the origin of endowment insurance fund supervision, the status quo and problems of chinese legal system of the origin of endowment insurance fund supervision and the suggestions to improve chinese legal system of the origin of endowment insurance fund supervision. Through the research of comparison between China and foreign countries and the development between history and status quo,this article introduces the typical system of the origin of endowment insurance fund supervision of several foreign countries.Considering the status quo of Chinese origin of endowment insurance fund supervision,we analysis the existing questions of Chinese origin of endowment insurance fund supervision.And on this basis we search from the legal system of supervision, supervision system, special system of supervision, legal responsibility system of supervision and so on to put forward the improved suggestions.First,we should establish the legal system of Chinese origin of endowment insurance fund supervision from the lay of Constitution, Law of Social security and Law about management and supervision of social security funds. Secondly,we should improve the supervision system of Chinese origin of endowment insurance fund,Thirdly,we should establish and improve the special system of Chinese origin of endowment insurance fund supervision from the aspects of fund budget system, investment monitoring system, financial system, special auditing, information regulation and so on.Fourth,we should improve the legal responsibility system and judicial relief of Chinese origin of endowment insurance fund supervisionFrom the above analysis,this article tries its best to establish the legal system of Chinese origin of endowment insurance fund supervision, combining with the development statu quo and question of social endowment insurance and learning from the experience of the foreign legal system of the origin of endowment insurance fund supervision.For the development of Chinese origin of endowment insurance fund supervision from now on,it has its own significance of theory and reality.
