Since the reformation and opening, violations of law and discipline by drug addicts have great influence on the social order, which leads to that people always scare of danger of drug addicts. In order to treat drug addicts, the government makes great efforts to develop various measures, such as drug relief through voluntary medical treatment, drug relief through police compulsory treatment, drug relief through labor and so on. Those Long-term and incorrigible addicts were sent to labor camps for drug relief. Drug relief plays a considerable role in the treatment of drug addicts. However, in the process of detention, the drug addicts'human rights are not clear, and even as the same as criminals'. In this context, China implemented " Suppressing Drug Law" in June 2008,which clearly defined to enforce compulsory isolation treatment on drug addicts.System of compulsory isolation treatment is the basis to enforce sanctions against drug addicts and limit their personal freedom by administrative means. With the limitation of their personal freedom, their rights will naturally change, and human rights have always been a sensitive topic. Strategies for the promotion of the rule of law advocated by the CPC Central Committee building a socialist harmonious society "people-oriented, to achieve the comprehensive development" needs, we must scientific and legitimately protect the right of drug addicts who were enforced compulsory isolation.There are still many problems need to be discussed and researched because the of the new established system of compulsory isolation treatment, and the special status of drug addicts leads to a high degree of concerns from society. So this paper starts with protecting the rights of compulsory isolation status of drug addicts, then address to improve the protection of the rights of drug addicts forced isolation through the cause analysis and specific legal description.We should accelerate the improvement of the legal system of compulsory isolation treatment and effectively protect the rights of drug addicts forced isolation by law; increase financial funding and improve the protection level of administrative expenses of drug compulsory isolation, also change the current management system regardless of enterprises; strengthen education and training efforts on police officers of forced isolation treatment to enhance their quality; strengthen the law education to improve their awareness of self-protection; improve the law supervision system of compulsory isolation treatment and strengthen the legal supervision of the work on compulsory isolation treatment, which is benefit for the protecting the rights of drug addicts forced isolation.
