Along with the rapid development of society, every field in our country had huge changes. Overall, reform of political system lags far behind reform of economic system. The reason is mainly due to the backward-looking political culture. The backward-looking political culture restricts t the development of democratic politics to a certain extent. At present, there are many problems in the process of development of Chinese political culture, such as:at first, the dominant political culture and other political culture coexist; secondly ,the political culture and political system are overall coordinated and partially coordinated; thirdly, the sense of participation, limited participation and the sense of no participation coexist. In view of these problems, constructing a kind of advanced political culture becomes an appeal of era. This article discusses the topic from the angle of structure of the political culture in contemporary China based on the political culture itself. On the other hand, we should be on guard against and resist negative factors of the Western political culture, such as the theory of human rights, the anarchism and so on.
