The Installment Of Accreditations In The Supreme People's Court And Their History Of Accreditations

The Supreme People's Court is the highest judicial organ of our country which enjoys different kinds of power, such as the trying cases, enacting judicial interpretations, supervising the administration of justice by the local people's courts at different levels and by the special people's courts, and management of the nationwide judicial administrations according to laws and regulations. The Supreme People's Court falls broadly under two parts. One mostly charges the trial of cases; the other mainly deals with daily works and management. And the first department includes court of accreditation, civil adjudication tribunal, criminal adjudication tribunal, court of administrative litigation and so on. These tribunals play a very important role in our country.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part is a summary of the installment of accreditations in the Supreme People's Court. According to relevant laws and regulations, this pat tells us that the accreditations assume what kinds of responsibilities.The second part systematically combs the history of accreditations in the Supreme People's Court.?From the early period after the founding of the People's Republic of China till now, the Supreme People's Court has experienced more than 60years, which is separated into 4 parts. It shows the adjustments of the Supreme People's Court in order to accompany with the change of the political, economic and social development.The last part gives a neat analysis of the existing problems in the Supreme People's Court, such as expansion of the organ, the limitation of increasing of staff, the necessity of separating the trail department from non-trail department, and the rationality of judicial committee.
