In today's society, as the development of the economy and politics, people becomes more and more attention about their interests , so human rights became a hot topic all of the world, it leads some concern about administrative compensation, in China, although the administration compensation is not a new vocabulary, in the guidance of the big policy, our country has established a set of administrative compensation system, but with the development of economy and politics, Some problems start to expose ,it has not satisfy the need, the administrative compensation problem has not a satisfactory theory, On the other hand , Legal system construction is behind , it is unfavorable to the stability of our society, and doesn't conform to the construction of a harmonious society , in this background, strengthen administrative compensation has become a very important urgent, This paper mainly analysis through the administrative compensation system theory , the overview of executive compensation system, the administrative compensation system for comparative studies and some suggestions about the development of our administrative compensation system.The first part is about the theoretical basis of executive compensation system. Mainly from about executive compensation system of legal theory, constitution foundation and administrative law basis, the paper analyzes the administrative compensation system as a system exists logic support and the parties theory, the establishment of clear administrative compensation system of purpose and the starting point.The second part is about an overview of executive compensation system. Separately from the concept of executive compensation system, constitutions, basic principle and significance of about executive compensation system, analyzes some basic theory content for the analysis, lay the foundation.The third part is of the comparative study on executive compensation. First, analyzing the history of foreign administrative compensation system and research status, this paper introduces some administrative compensation system comparison advanced and perfect the state administrative compensation system's development and the status quo, secondly according to our administrative compensation system analysis on the status quo of, again, is pointed out that our country administrative compensation system has some defects existing.The fourth part is about perfect administrative compensation system are made. This part of the key analysis as paper, in view of the present situation of executive compensation system, and defects in some developed countries for reference development and improvement of administrative compensation system of successful experience in our country, the article analyzes the present in the administrative compensation system development and improve some Suggestions.
