Rural Group Event And Its System Of Forewarning Mechanism

At present our country is at a social transforming period when its society was changing from agricultural society to industrial society even to the industrial one, from a traditional society to a modem one. In the process, social economic system, political management system, social relations mechanism, the ideological culture and ideology are faced with inheritance, perfected, updates and recombinations ,and the huge changes from the economic base to the superstructure. These changes inevitably cause the various contradictions'transformation, intensified and antagonism. Group event, especially rural group event, triggered by interest differentiation, interests conflicts and interests restructuring, is the concrete embodiment of the social kinds of conflicts sharpened in transformation period. And group event's occurring and it's negative influence has become key problems affected social stability. To study Group event, especially rural group event deeply has great meaning to maintain social stability, promote the construction of new socialist countryside and construct harmonious society.First, the paper begins with analyzing social transformation and then studies the general characteristics, content,the influence to social stability so that it can provide the social background that we can analyze the group event and the rural group event. Since 1978 China began to enter the period that social transformation speeds up after the the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee. The economy and society developed rapidly and rural social strata especially rural social strata go differentiation severely. Rural group event as a sign of the contradictions among the people gradually emerges and affects social stability seriously. The party and government proposed the new concept of the harmonious society and scientific development concept as the new governing ruling strategies timely in order to reduce contradictions among the people and realize social transforming smoothly.Then as a start paper explains the group event connotation, classification, the connotation, characteristics of rural group event, the positive and negative effect of rural group event was emphasized. Then, paper analyzes the basis of group event theory concretely to deepen the understanding of the rural group event. Group action and social conflict as two main perspectives on the rural group event were analyzed concretely. From group action theory considering, the process of rural group event with the characteristics and rules to be studied. From social conflict theory describing, there can be a new angle that can provide to group event.Then, based on the above, this paper analyses the reasons of rural group event. At present, our country rural group event was brought by many facts. The long-term existence of Dual Economic Structure caused rural backwardness, the poverty is the main reason that our country rural group event occur. The lack of farmers interests expression way and grassroots cadres rent-seeking lead to the group event. Farmers' anxiety even the whole rural society's social anxiety also inevitably leads to the rural group event to is staged continuously. In addition, the peasants' low cultural quality, the rise of rural family forces is also the group events of important factor.Finally, based on the rural group event reasons analysis, the thesis put forward construction of rural group event of warning mechanism to reduce rural group event. People oriented, dealing with the contradictions among the people, rule of law were the principle to build the rural group event of the alarm system. From the perspective of economic, political, social, organization, psychology , the alarm system can be constructed, including intelligence collection, contradictions grate, psychological support, the social security system, comprehensive network early warning mechanism, to minimize the group event.
