The thesis mainly definesthe basic connotation of rapid transition and conflict group, analysis of rapidtransformation group forms of conflict, influence, as well as the practical significanceof the elements, from the number, the group events in the personnel structure,personnel involved in the rights and obligations to explain the rapid transition ofgroup conflict, through analysis of typical cases summarize the characteristics of fasttransition group events conflict.
