Research On The International Legal System Of Whale Protection

In recent decades, quite a lot species of whales died out or dying out for reasons such as over hunting and sea pollution. The thesis, based on the professional knowledge within this field, focuses on the research of the International legal system of whale protection.This paper is divided into four chapters, starting with related concepts. The second and third parts are key poits. The former one makes a research on existing conventions and practice. And the latter one goes further for raising the downsides out. Finally, based on the analysis of the status of legislation and implementation, Chapter IV proposed comprehensive recommendations and ideas with the aim to improve the international community's degree of attention on the issues of whale protection.
