The anti-dumping law of European Union is the most complete one of the world. The anti-absorption regulation in it is unique and has its distinctive features. As an extension of the anti-dumping law, this regulation ensures the effect of the anti-dumping measure. Until now only European Union has a detailed regulation of anti-absorption, other countries do not have a regulation about it, so does China. But in recent years, EU launch more and more anti -absorption investigation to our country, we can prevent the investigation and find some countermeasures by researching the EU anti-absorption regulation.This thesis reveals the features of the anti-absorption regulation and analyses the advantages and consequences of the abuse of it. The thesis analyses the reasons of why we are investigated so frequently and the critical situation we faced, on the base of the circumstances, the thesis put forward some countermeasures form the view of government, enterprise and the industry association.The thesis applies the following main research methods:firstly, the method of documents researching. When analyzing the anti-absorption regulation, the regulations of EU over years should be read and translated. Secondly, the method of comparison. The thesis compares anti-absorption with the relevant legal system so as to reveal deeply into its essence.On the condition of trade protectionism is becoming increasingly fierce, as an advanced law system. the anti-absorption regulation will must be adopted by more and more countries. So we must understand this regulation deeply, this thesis raises some countermeasures to avoid be investigated and get a good result in lawsuit, to protect our relevant industry and our interest.
