Research On Carbon Tariffs And Carbon Emissions Trading Association Of Legal System

Carbon tariffs is an important issue related to climate change and international trade.As one of the trading powers with high emissions, China is sure to be a main potential target of the United States, the EU carbon tariff measures. From the background information to the causes of the carbon tariffs,this paper tries to clarify the conception and reveal the essence of it,and then describes it systematically.By discussing the legitimacy and feasibility of the carbon tariffs,I draw the conclusion that carbon tariffs is hard to carry on.On the international level,carbon tariffs is the embodiment of the conflicts of international interests.In order to break the deadlock of carbon emission reduction,it is much better to structure an international carbon emission trading market on the basis of the association analysis with the carbon tariffs and carbon emission trading.In this issue, we should not only understand the denotation and meaning of carbon tariffs thoroughly,but also pay more attention to the implementation of domestic carbon emission reduction policies, and ensure domestic market be integrated with the global carbon emission reduction system.
