Internship can not only enhance students'practical ability but also create a solid foundation for students'employment in the future. Nonetheless personal injury accidents take place from time to time in the process of internship. Because of the fact that there is not much legal regulation currently in force over internship training, the students are not able to get effective relief or remedy after their rights being damaged. This thesis will present an analysis about the legal relationship involved and the law applicable when personal injury accidents happen to students on the basis of defining the concept of internship and drawing the line between internship and other related concepts. Other than that, suggestions will be made concerning the doctrines of the legal system adopted in such kind of accidents and the foundation of specialized institution with reference to related mechanism dealing with the same kind of accidents in foreign countries.
