China's credit card business is playing a more and more important role in the financial market after 20 years of continuous development. However, the risk of the rapid development of the credit card business occurs more frequently, with the amounts increasing, which to some extent, limited the development of China's credit card business.In this paper, according to the analysis to the type of credit card risk, hazard and causes as well as the present status of the existing credit card risk and control problems, we can obtain the importance and feasibility of this stage through legal means to control the risk.
