The core issue is"Farmer", and the enter of which is the comprehensive enhancement of ideological and moral diathesis as well as the scientific cultural quality. Ideological and Political education in the rural areas is the life line of economy and other work in rural areas. It is essential to fully exploit the mainstay role of the majority of farmers for building the new countryside.
