After our party has put forward the development goal of constructing the new socialist countryside in the plenary session of the Party’s sixteenth,In an Oct.10,2010,the fifth session of the seventh central committee deliberated and adopted the report on the upcoming Twelfth Five-Year Plan for economic and social development."Must adhere to the solution of agriculture and Srural areas farmers work problems as the top priority...""Urban and rural development, actively yet prudently proceed to accelerate the urbanization and new rural construction of socialism and promote regional benign interaction, coordination development."These words stressed once again that the issue of the"three-agriculture"to socialism new countryside construction.The farmers is the main body of building a new socialist countryside,to do the good job of the peasants’ideology and politics education has positive effect to build a new socialist countryside for further study to socialism.New countryside construction,in this paper,we take an example for Zhongli Town(in Yucheng District of Ya’an City), analyze the situation,history and the problem in socialism new countryside construction of Zhongli Town.Through concluding the research work for the peasants’ideology and politics education,understanding of the current status and trends,and supplies the scientific evidence to improvement and perfection of the peasants’ideology and politics education in Zhongli Town.It has a lot more real-world meaning to train new farmers,promoted socialism new countryside construction and building a harmonious society.The article is divided into four parts.Part One,the foundation and the premise of the peasants’ideology and politics education in socialism new countryside construction is introduced some fundamental,and from the viewpoint of internal relations,is explain the difference and relationship between the peasants’ideology and politics education,and socialism new countryside construction.Part two,through the empirical study,analysis the main experience and problems of the peasants’ideology and politics education in Zhongli Town.Part three,combined the causes of the problem, proposes the suggestions for improving the peasants’ideology and politics education in Zhongli Town.
