Legislative Protection Of Economic Freedom In China

Based on the economic freedom of interpretation of the concept and characteristics, and the combination of the Chinese Constitution and other laws for the protection of economic freedom compared the current situation and analysis of specific. Found in the Chinese Constitution and other laws guarantee the level of economic freedom for the weak, and caused a series of economic, social and political issues. By analyzing the root causes of these phenomena we have found a security problem of China's economic freedom from the high cost of national legal systems. To solve this problem, the authors believe to amend the constitution and other laws from the aspect to reduce the cost of impeding the system of economic freedom.
