The Variation And Inspiration Of Youth Ideas Of Rule Of Law In The 60 Years Since The Founding Of PRC

With the furthering of the construction of our country's socialist democratic legal system, remarkable progress has been made in the perfection of our country's legal system and in the reformation of the legislative sector .By briefly reviewing of history, it is not difficult to find out that every dramatic break of legal process goes through with the fierce arguments and innovation in concept. Our legal construction would not make such remarkable results nowadays without the guidance of ideas of rule of law, in which is scientific and rational as well as strikes direction to maturation period.The youth represents the future of country and society and their values to some degree can indicate the mainstream culture. Inspired from recent academic researches theme by the declaration of the founding of China and the construction after that, the writer made his utmost to clear up the history of the youth's understanding of ideas of rule of law and offer practical suggestions about youth education in law, as well as their quality education and the youth's attention on the society and cultivation of youth pioneering spirit in starting career, etc. I want to develop my ideas in the following aspects in details.First of all, making a theoretical analysis of the contents and definition of the modern laws, and then limiting the range of it. In the meanwhile, it shall define the deep meanings and external extensions of the basic concepts related to the research.Furthermore, on the basis of the first aspect, it will further comb the changing path of the youth's ideas of rule of law in the 60 years since the founding of PRC . It summarizes the whole progress of variation in the youth's ideas of law during the past 60 years from the budding period to frustration and fast growth to maturity.Last but not least, according to the second aspect, we should find out some regular patterns and special meanings from the variations. Thus, we could come up with some actual inspirations which are scientific, modern and practicable. From the perspective of law and order, it is aimed at helping solve certain hot social problems like youth education in law and cultivation of youth pioneering spirit in starting career.
