Shanxi Prorince Issues Complaint Letters

The key research subject of our tutor is complaint reporting involving law and litigation in Shanxi in Department of Education of Shanxi Province. In order to ensure the success of the research, we, lucky to become members, founded the group to formulate a complete investigation plan. Firstly, with the Professor Yao's guidance, we do the fact finding work, go to research areas deeply and actively: people's courts, procuratorates, bureau letters, NPC, politics and law committee and so on to survey. We have an informal discussion and questionnaire to interview the relevant parties and petitioners about the origin and process of an incident, visit public hearing organized by politics and law committee and others, have an interview with coherent units, inspect execution status, etc. After seeing the real condition and judicatory, we do some empirical social investigation about our research, then write the report reflect real problem. Next, after that, classified and summarized the data, we analyze and study comparatively systematic report. This is the first part of our essay. The second part is through our investigation to sum up the characteristics of the complaint reporting involving law and litigation in Shanxi. Such characteristics as specified are as follows: the problematic of skipping appeal on foot, the diversity of complaint reporting involving law and litigation, the difficulty of these cases, the majority of vulnerable groups in these cases, the diversify motivation of these groups. The third part analyzes the reasons of the problems of complaint reporting involving law and litigation in Shanxi. The miscarriage of justice for various reasons, the diseased of supervisory management for administration of justice and the main reason of parties are formed issue. The final part aims at the foregoing characteristics and reasons to put forward to solve countermeasures of complaint reporting involving law and litigation.
