Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Complaint Reporting In A City

With the deepening of the reform of discipline inspection and supervision system in China and the steady progress of Hainan’s free trade port construction,Hainan should always adhere to strengthen the leadership and construction of the Party,comprehensively strictly supervise and govern the Party,and ensure that the direction of free trade port construction is not deviated.All these have put forward extremely high requirements for the work of Hainan’s discipline inspection and supervision departments at all levels.The work of complaint reporting is an important foundation for the work of discipline inspection and supervision departments,as well as the main way for them to obtain clues and information about problems.The quality of complaint reporting work is directly related to the overall quality of discipline inspection and supervision work.Taking A city in Hainan province as an example,this paper,on the basis of grasping A large number of detailed data and first-hand materials,Uses literature research method and case study method to analyze the main problems existing in the complaint reporting work of A city and the causes of the problems.On the basis of referring to the good experience and practice of complaint reporting in other regions of China and combining with work practice and thinking,the paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for further optimizing the complaint reporting work in A city.There are six parts in this paper.The first part discusses the background and significance of studying the work of complaint reporting in A city,analyzes and compares the research status of the work of complaint reporting at home and abroad,and introduces the research contents and methods.The second part defines the relevant concepts of complaint reporting,compares the differences between complaint reporting and complaint reporting,and introduces the theories applied in the research.The third part introduces the current situation of the complaint reporting work in A City,including the establishment of the organization,the main contents of the work,the basic information of the complaint reporting and the main methods of the complaint reporting work.The fourth part analyzes three major problems existing in A city’s complaint reporting,such as the poor quality of complaint reporting,the prominent disorder of complaint reporting,and the severe malice reporting.The fifth part analyzes the reasons for the problems in the complaint reporting work of A City,including the urgent need to improve the internal mechanism of the complaint reporting work,the need to improve the external environment of the complaint reporting work,and the lagging construction of the complaint reporting team.The sixth part,aiming at the problems existing in A city’s complaint reporting work,puts forwardoptimization Suggestions from five aspects,such as perfecting the complaint reporting work system,constructing and perfecting the clarification and protection mechanism,severely punishing false accusation and framing behaviors,strengthening the publicity and guidance of complaint reporting,and building A high-quality team for complaint reporting.
