Theoretical Study On Generation Of Social Power

Power is one of the most important social phenomenon, accompanied by the exist of human society. The social power is the integration of individual power spontaneously, to resist the assault and threat from the natural and other people. It is an original power, accompanied by the exist of human society, and throughout the entire process of human development. As the advent of the state power, the inherent field of the social power, which secured individual rights, was swallowed by the state power gradually. The status and role of social power began to decline. However, the social power never disappeared. With the development of democratic ideology, people realized gradually that the country is a necessary evil prone to alienation, while the social power can play very important roles in balancing the state power, protecting the individual rights and promoting political democracy, participating in social governance, and alleviating social contradictions, etc. The status and roles of social power increased gradually since Neoteric history, causing great concern in the community. Therefore, the process of social power generation, in fact, is the process of social power revival, and the process that social power is playing its due role in this paper.Throughout the process of social development in Western countries, the generation of society power in modern is a "spontaneous evolution" process. China, due to the long existence of self-sufficient economy and the feudal autocratic rule, and the highly centralized political system and the planned economic system after the founding of new China, as well as the single cultural influence of Confucianism, etc., has not seen the formation and development of social power, therefore the social power is weak and does not play its due role, which leads to various contradictions. It is necessary to identify the social power's external formation conditions and internal generation mechanism so that the country can carry out "artificial cultivation", strive actively to foster the growth of social power. It is not only needs of developing market economy, but also developing social and reforming.The Purpose of this paper is to attempt to find out the general conditions of social power generation beyond concrete political forms, which is the content innovation. It is expected that this paper can help China face the importance of social power, and "artificially cultivate" the social power top-down.
