Social Power Checking And Supervising National Power

In the swim of constitutional government and the reality of civil society, the author is enlightened to study the socialization of national power from the angle of the relationship between the state and the society through the conclusion of politics, economics and law.In part one, this text carries on the analysis of the connotation and its characteristics of power, laying equal stress on the relation between national power and social power. Then this text discussed the characteristic, the history process and future development of social power. The author discussed the historical types of national power, the historical disciplinarian of national power structure and the socialization of national power and its function in the next part. In the last part the text discussed the challenges that the traditional mode of check and balance faces nowadays . Furthermore, the author considered the value of the thought of society checking and supervising power raising by Tocqueville as well as other western thinkers. Basing on this, the author studied the social precondition and practical approach of social power checking and supervising national power.The author thinks that it is the history tendency of the socialization of national power that the social power which represents the widespread benefits checks and balances the national power which represents the special benefits in the particular historical stage so as to abandon its characteristics of private and classic. It is not only a kind of political value, but also a political ideal. It runs through the history development of the political power.
