Real estate registration system is an important part of property law. It is one of the law to determine the ownership of property, but also the premise of real property to be effective. To determine the liability for compensation of the real state registration agency, the right to benefit victims of property rights by registration errors relief, but also protecting the needs of transaction security and order. Construct a scientific system of property registration system is the research of theory and the focus of this article.This thesis consists of introduction, body, conclusion composition. Body includes the following:The first section is the basis for liability of real estate registration agency. The nature of real estate registration is the first problem to determine the liability of real estate registration agency. Real estate registration review will lead to the choice of two ways of liability severity of different registration authorities.The second section analyzes the liability of real estate registration agency. Imputation rules and constituent elements, and the registration agency bear responsibility principle reason for the fault is closely related to, but also determines the different liabilities. Analysis of the elements of liabilities determined to judge that the specific situation of the registration responsibility.The third section is to determine the range of the liability of real estate registration agency, according to the nature of registration, the nature of the liability to deduce the scope of liability.The fourth section is the compensation for the real estate registration guarantee the mechanism, to improve the practice of drawing successful foreign registration of protection mechanism.
