The Research On Commercial Registration

The commercial registration law is very important in the main system of commercial research and plays a significant role in the modern commercial legislation. As an important means of managing commercial subject activity, it gives commercial subject with the legal qualification, ensures its legitimate rights and interests, it also helps to safeguard the normal social economic order and ensures the trade security.Although the commercial registration law originates from early times, the western countries have adopted a comprehensive system. But owing to various causes of the business registration, the present legislation of our country is not perfect. There are some undesirable places in both the theory level and the concrete practice.Through introducing the business registration of the relevant information, the author will analyze our business registration and the present situauon. Trying to explain the reasons that why China hasn't established the commercial registration law.Through learning from other countries about the business register provisions of the proposed legislation, the author hopes to develop a uniform of commercial registration law in the future.This thesis is presented in four parts, with thirty thousand words approximately.The first chapter introduces the value of researching commercial registration. The author will define the implication of commercial registration from the angle of semantic meaning. Analyze the main viewpoints of business registration to define the nature of the commercial registration. The writer will also analyze the effect of commercial registration from the angle of subject.In the second chapter the author will introduce the present situation of our commercial registration law. Trying to explain the reasons why China hasn't established the commercial registration law yet.The third chapter will point out the problems of the present commercial registration system to attract the urgency of legislation.Chapter four is the core of this thesis. On the basis of the analysis of commercial registration, the author provides some opinions to perfect the commercial registration regulations in China.
