The Study On Commercial Registration Law

Commercial registration law, one of the essential parts of traditional business law, is an important system for maintaining market order, improving the efficiency of deals and protecting commercial parties. Because the interrelated regulation in China is not advanced, the study of it is bound to be very important and imminent. This thesis conducts a relatively systematic study on commercial registration and also probes into some important theoretic issues in this field. Through the study and comparing of the commercial registration law in some Western countries (Germany, France, Italy etc.) and in Japan, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan area, the thesis tries to discuss the legal value, system arrangement and problems in practice of commercial registration. It therefore brings forward some suggestions to improve commercial registration law in China.The thesis is composed of four sections.Part one first expounds the meaning of, then it introduces the history of the developments in commercial registration law, the characteristics and the tendency of its development, in order to show that the development of commercial registration are associated with the development of commercial subject regulation.
