E-Civil Society's Essence And Value

Civil society in China which doesn't completely form a social system that plays balance public power and the role of market economy very well, is a government-leading civil society at present. The appearance of internet provides a new development path. The technology of internet meets the need of the development of civil society in which e-civil society is the main shape in the internet. E-civil society bulit by the network citizens using information technology in network forming space of virtual civil society, which has the same temperament and connotation of the civil society,expanding the scope of civil society.Incomplete civil society combined with net has much more characters in China. That is the reason why people pay so much attention to the e-civil society. Many researches on e-civil society in academic community are based on translation transmitting science and politics, and so on. This paper based on Marxist philosophy on the e-civil society, expands range of research on civil society, making it continued to internet world.This paper adopts method of historical and logic unification, and method of unity of analysis and inductive on the e-civil society's mature, finding its value to develop of socialist market economy and socialist democracy. The raise of e-civil society proclaims a trend of development that civil society is from autonomous nature to in-itself in China. It should be developed from four aspects, which are technical support, and government guidance, autonomous organization's perfection and the cultivation of civism, in order to exert the use of e-civil society. Create a new development path to Chinese civil society on this.
