The Research Of Disclosure Of Government Information Under The Background Of Electronic Government

Nowadays there are about 70 countries which have established the system of government information disclosure. The disclosure of government information develops under the background of democracy and information technology with great influence. Since the Regulation of government information disclosure started to be taken into practice in 2008 the situation of information disclosure improved a lot. But there are still some problems in practice. This research starts from the theory of information freedom, then conclude the achievements and problems. At last some advices are listed according to the reasons of problems.This research is composed of seven parts. Part one elaborates the background, significance and research actualities of government information disclosure. Part two analyzes the theory basis, influence, principles and channels of information disclosure. Part three analyzes the main channel of information disclosure-government websites. Part four concludes the present situation of the government information disclosure in our country, including achievements and problems. Part five analyzes the reasons. Part six several corresponding advices are addressed. The last part is the conclusion of the research.
