| With the expansion of global economy influence, there appear a lot of new complicated, scaled and foreign-related, trends on China's corruption crimes. And the increasing corruption crimes have become the biggest barrier for the continuous, healthy development of the economy. It is also the biggest thread to the stability of the society. There is an old saying"if you want let the river run smoothly, you must make sure the head stream unobstructed". Therefore, it seems to be important to search for the methods to deal with the corruption crimes. The United Nations Convention Against Corruption was issued in Vienna in 1993. One of the biggest characteristics is that it emphasizes the construction of the corruption prevention system, and emphasizes that we should deal with the corruption from the beginning. There is no wonder that it provides a better way for our country. Based on this current situation, this thesis intends to search for a new way to construct the corruption prevention system with Chinese characteristic. To establish the corruption prevention system as the research object, based on the Marxism, Maoism, Dengs Theory, Jiang's Three Represents Theory Hu's the Scientific Outlook on Development together with the historical materialism and dialectical materialism, this thesis does a systematic analysis on United Nations Convention Against Corruption, and the characteristics of the fight against corruption, and summarizes the unique characteristic of corruption prevention system of United Nations Convention Against Corruption, the instructive meaning for the establishment of our corruption prevention system in order to establish and improve corruption prevention system in our country.First, the thesis discusses the background and the research significance and synthetically analyses the research on corruption prevention system both abroad and at home. It is concluded that with the improvement of the comprehensive national strength and the complexity of the international society, corruption has influenced our socialist construction. It is not enough to depend on the punishment measures to deal with corruption crimes. So, it is necessary to make our corruption prevention system perfect from the world viewpoint.Then, the thesis analyses the corruption prevention system of United Nations Convention Against Corruption and further does a deep reading about it. As the world's most influential, universal, and representative corruption prevention system, 120 countries participate in the United Nations Convention Against Corruption. Its biggest characteristic is to prevent corruption. Because our country takes part in its discussion and establishment, so it has an instructive meaning for our corruption prevention system which has a world level and can go with the actual instruction of our country.Last, the main part of this thesis explores the new trend of corruption questions occurred in our socialist construction. Meanwhile, based on the United Nations Convention Against Corruption, this thesis puts forwards a sound suggestion about the establishment of corruption prevention system in our country, which includes the establishment of the corruption prevention law, the corruption agency, enhancement of social public management and the establishment of the comprehensive prevention system taken part in by all the society. At last, the thesis intends to search for a new way of corruption prevention system with Chinese characteristic.
