Facing the reality of today's ecological crisis and the contradiction between human development and the natural damage, an ancient philosophical topic which is the relationship between human and nature was rethought. What is the nature of man? What is the origin of nature? What is the relationship between human and nature? Different answers to these questions formed different philosophical schools and their theory, guided different practical behavior and produced different practical results. Marxism made the original philosophical reading and profound theoretical interpretation about a category which is the natural world and the relationship between human and nature. Especially, Engels' theory about nature, natural science, labor, and the relationship between human and nature has the rich ecology connotation.Mainly around Engels' nature concept and ideas of the relationship between human and nature, this study has a text interpretation and theoretical deduction, based on this, it combines reality and rethinks the relationship status between human and nature, and ecological problems in theory coping. Introduction of this study pointed out production of the problem domain. Including the range of problems about natural concept, relationship between human and nature, ecological crisis, and internal relations logic of human, nature and ecological, this leads to the origin of thinking related theories about Engels' nature concept. Back to the classic text of Engels, the first chapter exploits rich theories about human and nature in the text hermeneutic view, reappears the theories historic appearance of Engels' nature, society, relationship between human and nature and man's nature concept for the dimension in history and logic. Chapter 2 discusses the overall philosophy picture of Engels' nature concept. Based on the text interpretation to Engels' human and nature theory, with the basic tenets of Marxism as a reference, the study explains the whole framework of Engels' nature concept for the dimensions in the ontology, value, and methodology, dialectics and history etc. According to the basic situation of relationship between human and nature in our country since 1950s, chapter 3 extends the related theories of Engels' nature concept to thinking about the problems of real ecology through the relationship between human and nature. It reflects ecological crisis with scientific theory, reflects predicament of relationship between human and nature with historical perspective, gets the academic enlightenment of Engels' nature concept to ecological reality from the ontology, value, and methodology, dialectics and history that such dimensions.
