The Study Of The Ecological Immigration Policy

With the rapid development of economy and society and the increasing of pastoral population and the growing of extensive grazing, the ecological environment of Xilin Gol grassland has been greatly changed. Desertification worsened in many localities, the balance of the ecological environment is broken and can not be recovered or regulated. Some parts become inhospitable areas. Central and autonomous region governments pay great attention about this. Project of ecological immigrants are expected, preferential policies and funds are taken by local government to gave support to immigrants. An obvious effect has been achieved meanwhile practical problems are appeared. This thesis use methods such as horizontal and longitudinal comparison, results analysis, data collection to makes a systematic analysis on the basis of study up many research achievements of immigrant project in and out the Autonomous Region. Aiming at the subsistent problems, the paper put forward some countermeasure and advices. The research of this thesis has certain guidance functions to improve the political immigrant system and promote herdsmen incomes, and there is sure meaning to the theoretical research of this question for reference.
