In this paper, the two tendencies of this issue to guide practice as a foothold, standing on a higher level, the theory and practice, research and foreign pornographic materials on the basis of identified criteria to identify the logical starting point of pornographic materials as the core, made obscene articles, legislative and practice of the basic framework-adolescent exclusion principle, the principle of rational standards of expert groups, violence, exclusion principle, the principle of integrity, principle and the neutrality of the relevant authorities to set the principles identified.
