The state is the highest guardian, investment children's rights career is our common responsibility. It is inevitable to strengthen the protection of the rights of children, For the purpose of continuable development,It is meaningful to promote the development of human rights. China,As one member of Convention on the Rights of the Child, is always attaches great importance to the protection of children's rights, children's rights protection enterprises to make positive contribution, and in legislation fully implement child protection concept, preliminary established for the rights of children provide special protection of legal system, but due to the children's rights protection just into institutionalized, and there are still many problems to be resolved and the descendants needs improving place, the paper tries to legislation protect, judicial protection and organizational guarantee etc many angles to study the relevant to the problem of protecting the rights of children, in order to perfect Chinese children's rights protection mechanism. The paper has about fifteen thousand words, and its content and closing outside except preface, is divided into three parts:the first part of this text mainly expounds the children's rights legal protection of connotation and international law on the basis, including children's rights legal protection concept, significance, children's rights laws to protect the rights of children, the basic principles and legal protection of international law basis. On international children's rights protection mechanism, this paper studied after the second part is focus on the introduction of the legal protection of children's rights in China, analyzes the status quo in the children's rights law to protect the problems existing in our country, then based on existing problems in part 3 on how to perfect our children's rights law protection mechanism, including from the legislation protect, judicial protection and organizational guarantee three aspects to protect children's rights, perfect our children's rights protection mechanism.
