On Gateways To Long-Term Organism Of University League Membership Awareness Education

The university Communist Youth League Members are the exemplars among young people and are the backbones of the socialist cause. The Members'political consciousness, moral, cultural and physical qualities are directly related to the rise and fall of the country and nation; to the failure and success of the reform and opening up as well as the modernization of the socialist country; and to the prosperity of the Communist Party cause. These require the university Members to consciously strengthen their self-cultivation and strive to make themselves the new talents that the era requires for.As a vital component of university ideological and political education, the League Membership awareness education guides the young university Members to a comprehensive development. To better approach the gateways to long-term organism of university League Membership awareness education, this paper discusses the relevant issues based on the status quo. First of all, the paper generalizes some issues in undergoing awareness education of university Members, such as ambiguous objective, poor content, deficient organism and defective evaluation system. In this context, the paper analyzes the causes of the problems, which are reflected by the negative impact of the market economy, the negative effects of the network environment, the backwardness of educational philosophy in the League organizations, limited educational resources on Members'awareness, defective self-building of the League organizations and insufficient emphasis on League's work. How are universities supposed to develop the membership awareness education of young Members in the actual educational environment? Based on the elaboration of above-mentioned causes, the paper proposes gateways to establishing long-term organism of university League Membership awareness education through initiatives including strengthening long-term organism of awareness education, reinforcing long-term organism of organizational construction, improving the administrative organism of the Youth League branches and regulating the League affairs management, perfecting Construction of Communist Youth League Oriented by Party Construction system, structuring contact person system in social practice, and building up contact person system in campus cultural construction.The long-term organism of university League Membership awareness education cannot be generated instantly. It is a systematic project. Recognizing the status quo, and daring to explore and try, the university League organizations will be able to establish a scientific, effective and sensible long-term organism of university League Membership awareness education, and will also improve the overall development of the Members.
