Science Spirit And Humanities Spirit Of The Scientific View On Development

The objective of a struggle to overall construct the middle-class family society was put forward in the sixteenth central'committee of CPC. For carrying out this strategic target, CPC in the third plenary session of the sixteenth central committee further clear defined that "persist people first, set up the scientific view on development that is overall, harmony and sustainable, promote the overall development economic society and people and emphasize to propels cause of reformation and development according to the request of 'Five overall plans'". The scientific view on development is an important strategic idea put forward according to the overall development situation of the cause of CPC and our country in the new century and phase, which summed up successful experiences about over 20.years of our country of reforming and opening the door and constructing modernization and assimilated experiences and lessons in the progress of development of other countries in the world and revealed the objective law of the present development of economic society of our country and reflected the new understanding on development problem of our party. It contains the deep science spirit and the deep humanities spirit. Setting up and implementing the scientific view on development has an important practical or immediate significance.The first part of this text elaborated the necessity that the scientific view on development was raised, its connotation and essence. Development is the motif of the present world, it also is Chinese motif on the contemporary era. "Overall, harmony and sustainable" is the main content of the scientific view on development. The purpose of the overall, harmony and sustainable development is for people and overall development of people in the final analysis. People first is the essence and core of the scientific view on development. The essence of the scientific view on development is to achieve sooner and better development of economic society. The second part elaborated "Five overall plans "reflects the scientific spirit of the scientific view on development. The disequilibria of development of the economic society is the basic national conditions of the elementary phase of socialism. Take the productivity development as the basic motive, pass the socialism market economy mechanism, achieve industrialization, economy socialization, the reliance on market economy and coordination development of person and nature is the basic modernization law of the Chinese and characteristic socialism. The third part elaborated the humanities spirit of the scientific view on development. Achieving the rapid advance of economic society reflected and implemented not only the overall benefits of raising the living of people and being beneficial to every person but also the achievement on development of sharing by the widespread ordinary people, it is starting and ending point of the scientific view on development. So the raising and practice of "Five overall plans " contains the humanities spirit of the view on development of the Chinese and characteristic socialism.
