At the same time, hope the view to play a valuable role, and there more people concerned about this problem, therefore they provide better legal methods of solving the problem.Based on analysis of the previous text of the Sino-Indian border issue I get some superficial view that: (1) a peaceful settlement of the border issue is complied with the historical development of the rules. Peace on the two countries is favorable for two countries, war adverse. The five principles of peaceful co-existence and the charter of the United Nations are solving the Sino-Indian boundary issue legal basis. Indian border to the understanding of the problems and the occupation in China's territory are not law-based.
