On The Limits Of Globalization Of Law

Globalization of law is not only a fashionable discourse but also the structure of superstructure in nowadays, which is based on the globalization, especially under the background of economical globalization, Globalization of law is the collision between different various countries, cultures, powers and voices. This paper tries to analysis the connotation and extension of the law globalization and puts the reality into the history and global society on the context of the legal philosophy, conquer the extreme one-sidedness , study the limits in the appropriate order for human society and the planet within the sound development, to seek a "harmonious" global legal concept.we get a new research space and dimension from the formation of global society. under the background of globalization, the law carries the responsibility to coordinate the complex relationship and orders between states, national organizations, intergovernmental and non-governmental international organizations, supranational organizations, the international community, various public welfare organizations, more importantly, in the dimension of time, the law should solve the global issues for each nation-state which is arising or arised in the process of the industrialization. This article bases on the current reality of globalization, make a dialectical view on the globalization of law. we consider that the globalization of law is a complex and paradoxical progress with the internationalization, modern communication and internet. And on this basis, we will furtherly analysis the limitation between legal "integration" and "diversification" in the globalization process. but this is not the most important. the we want to advocates to face the reality, based on tradition, to build a harmonious chinese feature law system with the aim of building harmonious world ,highlighting the worldwide body of China.
