Today, housing problem has caused extensive concern of society. In recent years, the high speed development of economy, brings the excessively high prices of houses in some cities in China. Words like"ant tribe"and"house poor"reflects the present situation of China's housing problems . Housing problem in China reflects systematic contradictions in the current society, which is caused by the unfitness policy in the system-changing stage. Housing problem , not just relates the well-being of people. It may be the obstacles of the economic and social development in China.In front of the high house prices, for realizing "the home house" goal, our government should pay more attention to the construction of the housing system, besides intensifying the macro-control to the real estate market. In recent years, the central government continues to publish policies of the housing security, Local governments promulgates rules according to the characteristics of this region. The housing security system is constantly perfected. However, the current legislation of housing security is imperfect and the legal validity is not high and unfair. The government's role is unclear. The judicial relief are weak. Therefore, the whole situation of the implementation of China's housing security system is not satisfactory.The core of the housing security system is protecting the right to adequate housing and realizing the social justice in housing areas. Therefore, the theory of the right to adequate housing and right of equality is the basis of the housing security system. We also should borrow ideas from other countries, rethink the problems and put forward some methods to solve them. First, write the right to adequate housing into our constitution. Second, formulate special housing act. Finally, increase the judicial relief efforts.Housing security system involves many links like finance, financial, environmental protection, land and so on, so the system is very complex. We should legalize this system, and continue to perfect it.
