A Practical Study On The Communist Party'religion Policy In The Phase Of Establishing Market Economy Mechanism In Xinjiang

From the submission of"establishing a socialist market economy mechanism"in shisida's report issued in 1992 to the confirmation of"preliminary establishment of a socialist market economy mechanism"in shiliuda held in 2002, this span of ten years is called"phase of establishment of market economy mechanism"in China.In the phase of the establishment of market economy mechanism, China's rapid economic improvement and nation citizens'growing living standards are traceble to an intensive development of Reform and Opening-up and the robust our society brings to market economy. At the same time, some new issues ranging from medical care to education to the soil are emerging into our society for such factors as the deepening of reformation and the transformation in the economy mechanism, etc.Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is a multi-religion area, the moment the market economy mechanism is established, religions in Xinjiang also grow some problems. In the face of difficulties, local governments put much emphasis on the religion, correctly and forcebly implementing Party's policies concerning religion, guiding Xinjiang's religion towards a new direction compatible with the nature of China.The present thesis firstly introduces the aims and the significance of choosing this topic. Through analyzing the application of Party's religion's policy into Xinjiang, explores the previous experiences and drawbacks and provides a convincing case for future scientific implementation of Party's religion's policy.The second part analyzes at the time of the establishment of market economy mechanism some issues and generalizes the religion in Xinjiang, for example, religion location and religion groups, etc. what's more, the author conducts a comparatively detailed analysis with regard to the above-mentioned problems.The third part mainly illustrates the situation of the application of Party's religion policy into Xinjiang from the perspectives of worship freedom, administering religion affairs in accordance with laws, abiding by the independent principles and actively guiding the co-existence of religion and sociolist society.In the last part, the author sums up some basic experiences based on a consideration of previous study.
