In recent years, researches on self-efficacy and career motivation have become a hot topic. However, there are still few articles about the relationship with disabilities at home and abroad. This research has a direct bearing on the survival and development of people with disabilities. Therefore, to make clear of the relation between these two aspects has vital significance.For these reasons, this thesis will adopt the methodologies of interviews and questionnaire survey. The author has randomly selected five enterprises in Hubei Province. 200 staffs with disabilities in these five companies are interviewed and surveyed. Having conducted the descriptive statistics, factor analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis and path analysis of the 174 valid questionnaires, the author list the results are as follows: (1)The measuring scale of career motivation for Disabled Persons is a 4-factor model, including the motivation of career development, motivation of self belonging, motivation of emotional belonging, motivation to enhance the value; (2)There is no significant difference in the sense of self-efficacy in operation of those disabled people with different demographic variables; (3)There is no significant difference in the motivation of career of those disabled people with different demographic variables, except the factor of category of disability;(4)There is a significant correlation between the five dimensions of the sense of self-efficacy in operation and the four dimensions of the motivation of careers;(5)There is a significant correlation between the sense of self-efficacy, the sense of self-efficacy in operation and the motivation of careers;(6)4 direct and 6 indirect path can be found between the career motivations and four other aspects. The coefficient of the direct influence of self-efficacy in operation upon occupational motivation can be up to 0.728; the indirect influence of the type of disability upon occupational motivation through self-efficacy in operation can be up to 0.136;(7)Establish model equations: y=0.104x1+0.072x2+0.305x3+0.728x4, the random error less than 0.1. The variables as follows: career motivation (y), the level of disability (x1), type of disability (x2), general self-efficacy (x3) and self-efficacy in operation (x4).
