Research On The Influence Of Pubic Service Motivation And Political Efficacy On College Students' Willingness To Selection

The system of selecting and transferring graduates from well-known schools to local party and government organs as reserve cadres is becoming a major means for local governments to introduce talents and improve government efficiency.Accurate understanding of the motivational characteristics of college students with the willingness to choose is one of the necessary requirements for building a better team of young cadres with high quality and specialization.Studying what factors affect the willingness of college students to choose and transfer can help optimize the implementation of the policy.In this context,on the basis of combing domestic and foreign research results on Influencing Factors of College Students' selection willingness and civil servants,this study puts forward research ideas and hypotheses,taking political efficacy and public service motivation as explanatory variables,selection willingness as explanatory variables,policy expectation and other people's expectation as regulatory variables,and government trust as intermediary variables;The questionnaire was designed based on the interview results,and the college students of Zhejiang University were taken as the survey objects.The questionnaire was sent out to collect data and test its reliability and validity.Through independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA,the group differences were distinguished,and the correlation analysis was carried out for each variable.Cluster analysis was used to understand the group characteristics of college students with different willingness to choose,and binary logit regression was used to test the hypothesis.The results show that gender,household registration,political status and parents' occupation all have an impact on the willingness to choose.The public service motivation and political efficacy level of students with the willingness to choose are significantly higher than those of students without the willingness to choose,and both have a significant positive impact on the willingness to choose.Government trust plays an intermediary role in the influence of political efficacy on the willingness to choose,and policy expectation And other people's expectations play a moderating role in public service motivation and political efficacy.Finally,according to the results of the study,some suggestions are put forward.
