Study On Legal Issues Of Corporate Governance Of State-controlled Commercial Banks

On July 15, 2010 and 16 ,Agricultural Bank of China officially listed on both Shanghaiand Hong Kong, now, China's statecontrolled commercial banks have achieved full listing ,China's financial reform has opened a new chapter. However, China experts and scholarsfrom all walks discuss that the corporate governance about statecontrolled commercial bankshave caused us deep thinking. Throughout twenty years reform of China's banking, we findthat "corporate governance" has always been the main theme of the reform. The quality ofcorporate governance become an important standards to measure a bank's competitiveness.The shadow of the current global financial crisis has not subsided, the economic recovery inthe foreseeable future.
