Legal Protection Of The Vulnerable Groups In Migration Population In China

This paper discusses the main problems are how to protect the vulnerable groups of migration population (hereinafter referred to as the legal protecting of migration vulnerable groups). This article is divided into five parts, the first focusing on the vulnerable groups to define mobility; the current definition of vulnerable groups need to be migration population and vulnerable groups as a basis for the definition of two concepts, so in the current definition of vulnerable groups, respectively flow before population and vulnerable groups were defined. The second part of the flow of vulnerable groups and the main causes of the problem, and one of the two typical groups: the flow of migrant workers and not employed in the non-domicile or without stable jobs for college graduates (hereinafter referred to as migration college graduates) as an example is analyzed.
