System Of Legal Protection Of The Rights Of Vulnerable Groups In China

Since the1990s, China’s economy has maintained rapid and steady growth, but substantial growth in the size of the vulnerable groups, however, the growing problem of vulnerable groups. The sheer size of the vulnerable groups in China and the growing disparity gap between the rich and the poor, the vulnerable groups, the problem has become one of the important risk factors affecting social stability and social development. In-depth study of vulnerable groups of great practical significance, from whole and institutional solve social support and social protection of vulnerable groups, in order to maintain social stability and promote social development. Since the reform and opening up, the remarkable achievements of China’s economic construction as the world’s attention, known as the "factory of the world". However, due to the imperfect mechanism of sharing of the fruits of economic development, social resources and development opportunities are concentrated in the hands of a small number of people, social polarization between rich and poor has become increasingly serious. System of legal protection of vulnerable groups, inadequate legislation, ineffective legal and regulatory, legal aid system and other factors there is still insufficient. Article on the analysis of the current vulnerable groups on the basis of inadequate legal protection, the combination of an empirical study theoretical research, the unique nature of our traditional vulnerable groups and the transition period, the emergence of new vulnerable groups and causes analysis, and on this basis, combined with China’s basic national conditions and the status of the legal protection of vulnerable groups, and to explore ways and means of legal protection system construction to meet the needs of vulnerable groups.
